May 10, 2017

Welcome back to The TEFLology Podcast - a podcast all about teaching English as a foreign language and related matters.

We're pleased to be bringing you our 30th interview episode, featuring Dr. John Kullman.

John is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of English and Language Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University. His main research interests are in intercultural communication, cultural aspects of language learning and teaching and materials, mentoring in different contexts, and course design. John has also worked in a number of countries on projects and consultancies relating to English language curriculum development and course design, teacher education, trainer training and ELT management.

In this interview Rob spoke to John about critical issues in, and related to ELT textbooks. This interview was recorded in Canterbury earlier this spring.

Please enjoy the conversation!
